There is a spacious kitchen and living room and backyard with a picnic table, table and chairs. Laundry is in the house. It is about a 10 min walk from Hillside Mall/Walmart, 12 min walk from Shelbourne Plaza and less than 10 min walk to reach the 14, 4/8, and 27/28 bus routes. Rent is $892/month, plus monthly wifi & bi-monthly utility bills. We are looking for a female roommate who is tidy and looking to live with two other female university students who will be working during the summer.
