Couples may be considered for the larger room. A half-month's rent is required as a deposit. This cat-friendly suite is located near Fernwood Road at Walnut Street, conveniently close to bus routes 10 and 22. It's less than a 5-minute walk to Fernwood Square, and there's a park across the street. Downtown and Walmart are about a 10-minute bus ride away, or a 30-minute walk. The suite will be partially furnished as shown in the photos. Laundry is included, and parking is on the street. This is a non-smoking suite, and it may not be the best fit for heavy partiers or drinkers. There's also a small native plant meadow out front, a charming yard with space for BBQs, and sun-catching opportunities!
