My landlord, a subsidized housing provider, has guaranteed in writing that my rent will be paid, by them direct to my new landlord, for the duration of the reno happening there at my building. Based on my agreement with landlord and bc housing, I can only firmly commit to a rental until at least june 1st 2021, but quite possibly will be there a bit longer. I can provide proof of income and references, upon request. I'm am likely to give at least six weeks notice. I have many decades of experience taking care of people's homes, and will take great care of your suite. I need to find a one bedroom or large studio, hopefully with a walk out and bathtub, for under $1350 including utilities, storage and parking. Due to having a hard time finding a place that fits my medical needs, I have decided to be flexible on price and am looking at places with stairs, if it means finding the right opportunity. My vehicle is electric, so no emissions or engine noise on your property. A place to plug in to a regular plug is nice, but not neccessary. Due to the low vacancy rate, and because I drive, I am willing to consider almost anyhere in Greater Victoria. I am hoping for a rental starting January 31st, but can move as late as Feb 23rd. I am not able to easily live facing roads with high density traffic, a suite that has brand new construction, and I will need permission to remediate suites (at my effort and cost, I have good experience with this) that had products like plugins or scented candles or febreeze used alot, due to Chemical Sensitivity.
