A beautiful vibrant red Smoking Lily Top/Dress/Tunic (depending on your height) This dress is super comfy, and can be worn by itself or over short or leggins. It says size Small on the label but I actually think it fits more like a medium. It has a lovely apple blossom print and little pockets. The flat measurements are: Bust: 16.5" Waist: 16" Hips: 18" 29" long The fabric is a light cotton jersey and it's nice and stretchy.
