$850 · room in 2bed 2min walk from uptown

Hey everyone! I'm in a 2bedroom basement suite only a couple minute walk from uptown mall on a fairly quite street. I am 28 year old fairly laid back male. I like to keep things fairly clean and organised and share the space eaqualy. I'm looking for more than a roommate that will just go hide in their room every day. Someone who will want to chill every now and then. Have BBQs watch movies and what not. A few basic details would be. Smoking is ok but only outside. Room is unfurnished but rest of house is. Laundry insuite. No heavy partiers though but having some drinks here n the is all good.
