blk phil n teds stroller

Needs a bit of love and clean up from sitting outside but its all in tact. It also needs air n the tires. But has basket and can fold but dont knw how it works. Its in useable decent shape. I have the extra parts as well that goes with it along with a baby bundle and diaper bag to include filled with infant girls clothes for anyone that needs them. *prefer it goes to a mom in need as first priority. pls pick up near uptwn/mayfair area.
