WE WILL TRAIN YOU: - House Lifting. - Bobcat Mini Excavators. - Bobcat Track Skid Steer Loaders. - Roll-Off Bin Truck. - Conveyor Belts for excavating. - Concrete Foundation Construction. - Concrete Underpinning Construction. REQUIREMENTS: You have: - A Valid driver's license. - A dependable Vehicle. - Minimum 1 year construction experience. - A happy, positive attitude. - The ability to show up on time & work all day. - Physically fitness (Able to carry heavy items) WAGES: - One year construction experience starts at $20.00 / Hour. - Experienced Operator / Bin truck driver starts at a higher rate. - Raises are given as you learn without you having to ask. - Overtime: (Often 1 hour / day) paid at time and a half. - Saturday work is sometimes available (Overtime all day) WORK LOCATION: - All job sites are in greater Victoria. - Most of our job sites are in Fairfield, Oak Bay, Victoria & Saanich. PHYSICAL WORK: - The job is NOT ALL excavator operating or truck driving. - There is a lot of manual heavy work.
