We're Hiring! Sick of marketing, lead generation and finding clients and just want to do what you love and coach? We're looking for a new coach to join us. With a rapidly growing membership base providing a fantastic experience for our members is absolutely paramount! We work with a multitude of people from complete beginners to weekend warriors, and the right candidate will need the skill sets to cater to different clientele within the same sessions. We have been running for almost 3 years now and have been growing each year. The ideal candidate will be: Bursting with enthusiasm and passionate about helping members work toward their goals (being client-centered is a must) Personable, well mannered, punctual and willing to uphold our excellent levels of customer service Hardworking and committed to going the extra mile time and time again for our members Eager to learn, to improve and have the desire to be part of a team that has the ambition to be one of the best in the world Have a reliable car to get you to and from work Have a smartphone with a high quality camera to take pictures of our members having fun Our objective is to provide an amazing working environment for our team and training experience for our members. You will be doing the things you enjoy (actually coaching) rather than having to organize your calendar, marketing and worrying about where the next client is coming from. As serious as that all sounds (and is), fun and enjoyment are right at the top of our priorities list both in terms of what we look for in our team members and in the environment in which we aim to coach our members in. Group fitness experience would be beneficial, especially in large groups up to 20 people.
