$1,300 · Wanted: A Place to Call Home

Hello!   We are searching for a long-term, quiet place to call our home!   A little about us:   We are VERY quiet, and have been together for several years.   We are both employed professionals; I, 27 work full time at an art gallery and my partner, 34 is a gardener and takes care of our senior dog most of the time.   We   are clean, do not smoke/vape and do not party/drink. We are clean, responsible tenants and respectful of our environment and home. We have a very lovable senior dog, she is a terrier/bichon who is 10lbs, a very clean, quiet, hypoallergenic, non-shedding and doesn't smell, well trained and a pleasure to be around. (loves kids and other animals[once acquainted])   We would love to keep a small garden with vegetables and herbs. We love animals and are very respectful of our environment and are eco-friendly and environmentally conscious!   Ideally we would love a one or two-bedroom Cottage, Cabin or   carriage house suite! (we would be happy in a well   soundproofed/quiet tenant basement/ garden suite)   Our budget is around $1300 all inclusive. We know this is a little on the low side of the market but we would make up for it with our kindness, quietness and overall nice personalities.   We wouldn't mind lending a hand in your yard/garden or farm as a form of subsidization.   The following areas are where we would most be interested in:   Saanich (Central, East, West or North)   Brentwood Bay   Sidney   Royal Oak   Gordon Head   View Royal   Thank you so much for reading and your consideration.
