$1,000 · Wanted- Rental for May 1st or sooner

Good day! I am looking for a new home if any are available. I had given notice for April 30th before this emergency and still want to move. There is a possibility of extending my lease but prefer to be out. I am a single woman, responsible with no pets. I have a difficult roommate and greatly desire a drama free place on my own. Good references. Will do safe distance measures for viewings or virtual interviews. I am an established screenprinter, currently laid off but have ei approval as well as periodic work with my company during the next few months. Price preferred per month is $1000 but would consider up to $1200 if utilities (internet, hydro, heat) are included or appliances like in-suite laundry or dishwasher available. I am willing to pay rent in advance and sign a lease for up to 2 years as I know this is a difficult time for property managers as well.
