$1,500 · WANTED: home to rent for working couple

Hello, my partner and I are looking for a new place to rent for August 1st or 15th. We currently live in the Fernwood area and due to loud and disruptive renovations in our current space, we are now looking for another home. We are excited to move into a place that gives us space to be more creative in our home while still being close to everything we do Downtown. I, Nicole, am a student at Pacific Rim College in her last year of the Holistic Nutrition Diploma Program. I work as a yoga teacher at a few places around the city (Fernwood Yoga Den, CTR and Forge Gym), as an Executive Assistant to Founder of One Yoga, and as their Operations Specialist. Liam is the Ecommerce Coordinator for the WITS Programs Foundation. This Organization creates bullying prevention programs for Elementary Schools. We are both very active, are often outside on our bikes or exploring different hikes around the island. We do also like to spend some of our time at home studying, reading and practicing yoga/meditation. Our max budget is $1500/month and we'd be happy to find something for less as well.
