Hello, Our names are Kristy (27 years old) and Rachel (30 years old). We have been friends for approx 10 years and are both mature quiet adults looking for a nice home to enjoy. Kristy is a social worker and Rachel is a vet tech, and will be a nurse starting in May. Kristy works for the BC govt and Rachel will be working for VIHA soon, so we both have stable income. We each have a dog (both medium sized, about 50lbs) and Rachel also has two cats. All the animals are well behaved and quiet, and we take great care and responsibility for our animals. We met working in the vet field, and keep our animals healthy and well mannered. We are ideally looking for a place with a yard that we can have some gardens in and have the dogs in. We do not party, we do not smoke and we both participate in many sporting and family activities. Kristy's family lives in Duncan and she plays hockey and softball. Rachel is from Ontario and she enjoys running and cooking. Together we both enjoy hiking, camping, gardening, animals, health, the environment, food and the outdoors. We are very respectful of the home we currently live together in now and are very clean and quiet people. We can provide references or anything needed to prove this. We are looking for an ideal match both in home and in tenancy relationship! We want a long term place that we can make our own and take care of it like it is our home!
