$800 · WANTED: Studio/ Bachelor For Quiet Working professional

Dear Prospective Landlord/lady, I am a quiet working professional, female, 34 years old, and looking for a studio/ bachelor apartment. I work full time from 5am to 1.30pm and go to bed at around 7pm. I also study and volunteer, and am polite, responsible (am a keyholder at my place of work) and busy. I don't drink, smoke, vape, party or have pets. I am looking for a little apartment where I can rest, cook, work and study. Simply a nice little base to call home whilst I go about my projects.
