WANTED: Renting in Victoria

Hello! My name is Luke Gadsdon and I am a 22 year old male who is looking for a place to live in Victoria. I am training with the Sr. National Rowing team on Elk Lake in hopes of being able to solidify a spot on the 2020 Olympic Rowing team. I am clean, tidy, a non smoker and will spend most of my days training either at Elk Lake or at Pacific Institute for Sport Excellence (P.I.S.E). I am comfortable keeping to myself in my room when I am home, but I am also a very social person who would have no issues getting along with people in a shared living space. I am looking for a year lease (Sept 2019- Sept 2020) in a space where I would be comfortable to call home. As a full time amateur athlete hoping to go to the Olympics in 2020 money is spread pretty thin. My upper limit for rent would be $750 per month.
