$1,500 · WANTED: Rental in the Sooke area

Hello! What we are looking for - Apartment, condo, trailer, basement suite (open to anything) Ideally 2+ bedrooms but 1 would be okay as well Ideally in the Sooke area as we eventually would like to purchase in Sooke however we are open to other spots as well Our budget is around $1,500 / month (we are very flexible) Open to signing a 6 month or 1 year lease, as we are still at the very beginning stages of looking at purchasing a home We are hoping for January 1st move-in A bit about us - We are a couple looking to relocate to Victoria for work, my partner has a guaranteed wage every month. We have one indoor only cat and an older low energy large dog, they both receive regular flea treatments and the dog gets his nails clipped regularly at the vet. We have previous rental references and work references ready. We of course have a damage and pet deposit ready as well. We are both non smokers (no vapes etc.) We are a fairly quiet couple who enjoys cooking together and Netflix after a day of work, on our weekends we enjoy going out and exploring the local sights.
