$1,400,000 · WANTED: OAK BAY HOME FLEXIBLE POSSESSION

We are a family that is currently living in Victoria and have a great rental. We sold our home in Alberta and would love to buy our forever home here in the next few months. We are extremely flexible on possession and our kids go to Oak Bay schools so we want to stay in the neighborhood. Please reach out if you have a home to sell but require a longer possession date or want to rent the home back until you find/build a new place.
