(Posting an ad for my mother and her partner) *Mature Couple seeks long term housing* *Flexible move in date up to January 31st* Friendly and quiet couple seeking for a 1.5-2 bed home after 6 years in our current tenancy. We are both 55+ with 2 small dogs under 20lbs. Our one dog Mojo is 15 years old and Jake is 4 years old. We both have stable long term jobs, Skyler is in healthcare, and Jerry works operating heavy duty machinery. Our Criteria: * Max rent of $1600 all-inclusive or $1400 + utilities * Preference for Westshore/Highlands/Sooke/Metchosin * Parking for minimum 2 SUVs (We also have a 14' truck camper + truck but can store off site) * Laundry facilities on site. * Pet friendly (Will not be getting any new pets) * Preference for small yard space/deck * Preference for nearby outdoor smoking area- We would never smoke indoors * Looking for quiet setting - We are not partiers but like to have kids/grandkids over for dinners occasionally * Garden space and storage for 2 kayaks would be a bonus!
