Hello! We are a couple of young professionals (27f/28m) who have recently have moved to Canada from the UK. We are looking for a small apartment for ourselves and our cat in the Saanich, James Bay, Fernwood or downtown Victoria area. We are quiet, non smokers, and generally very easygoing people. We have multiple references from previous landlords which we would be happy to provide. We are hoping to move in during the month of December, and would ideally be looking for a 1yr+ rental.
