WANTED: James Bay studio for July (1 year lease)

Hi! My name is Gina, I'm a third-year student at UVic studying English and creative writing. My current roommates are moving out of our shared home in July or August (they're graduating), and I'm hoping to find new accommodation early. Ideally, I'm looking for a studio or apartment somewhere around $800 a month in James Bay. I live there currently, love the neighbourhood, and work part-time downtown. I'm generally very quiet and not home often (since I work and go to school). I don't have any pets at the moment, but hope to adopt a hairless cat once I move out of my current home; though this could potentially wait for a few years if your property has a no-pets policy.
