$1,800 · WANTED: 3 Bedroom House/Townhome/Apartment

We are a family of four (two children aged 5 and 8), looking to re-locate to Victoria for Oct. 1 or Nov. 1. We are looking for a 3 bedroom unit. We have a couple cats. We are long term renters who have had no complaints against us. I try to take care of minor maintenance myself as long as I have the landlord's permission. I currently have a job offer for a full time position but am wanting to see what kind of accommodations there are and what I can afford before accepting. Thank you.
