$2,000 · WANTED: 3+ Bed, min 1.5+ Bath, House, Condo, or Sound Insulated Apartment

We are a family of four who are looking for a house, condo, or apartment with good sound insulation, that has 3 or more bedrooms and 1.5 or more bathrooms. It needs to be located either in Victoria, or somewhere along the route between Victoria and Sooke, including Langford. We would like to pay $2000 max, including utilities. Our family consists of two adult professionals who are working and studying, and two early teens who are with us for only half of the year. We are free from smoking, pets, drugs, alcohol, and parties. We like to have the choice of peace and quiet in our home, so require a place in which we can't hear everything that our neighbours are doing. Also, it is essential that the building is sound proofed enough for one of us to do music practise (singing and piano), as this is necessary for studies. We all look forward to hearing from you!
