$1,600 · WANTED: 2 bedroom for working couple

We are looking to move to Victoria from Calgary for beginning of September. We are not students, but are a respectful working couple in our late 20's moving because of a job offer. Looking for a 1 bed + den or 2 bed place anywhere in the Greater Victoria area. We do have pets, but are more than willing to work with the landlord on pet deposits. Hoping to find a suite with some utilities included for around $1600, we are fine with hydro on top of that. In suite laundry would be ideal, but on site is also ok. As we are located in Calgary currently, I am hoping to be able to do a video walkthrough of the unit prior to renting, whenever is convenient for you. We look forward to hearing from you!
