$1,650 · WANTED: 2 bdrm indoor cat friendly suite

Looking for April 1st!!! My husband, daughter and I are moving back to Victoria after less than a year in northern BC. We won't be back in Victoria until April 1st so are unable to do in person viewings but could do a video chat meeting/viewing. We hope this won't exclude us from being considered. Our truck is already booked, deposit paid and our belongings will be in Victoria on April 2nd. We are very much looking forward to being back home :) We can provide great tenant references from current landlords and previous Victoria landlords as well as proof of income. We're looking for a 2 bedroom suite with tub & shower, access to laundry, parking for 2 cars - street is great, and allows a timid, fixed, indoor only almost 9 year old cat. Our current budget is up to $1500 without utilities or $1650 with heat, hot water, parking, laundry access. **If there is a yard, my husband genuinely enjoys mowing a lawn (I double checked).... So that could be something he did! ;) Both parents are employed, husband full time (VGH area, work transfer - same job) wife part time starting upon return and our daughter is in primary school. Unfortunately anything further out of Victoria than Langford area would be too far (from work) for us, ie: Sooke would be too far. Thank you in advance.
