$1,250 · WANTED: 1br for married couple

Hi! We are a married 35yo and 34yo f/f couple looking for a 1br/1ba apartment for Dec 15th or Jan 1st. We are very quiet. We do not smoke or have any pets. We are both working professionals and have 1 vehicle. We are looking in the price range of 1150-1300/month. Looking to move as we currently have a 2nd bedroom we arent using and want to downsize. We are open minded and would consider a 1br basement suite but do not wish to share space or laundry with other tenants. We would like to be in one of the following neighborhoods: Quadra/Hillside, Quadra/McKenzie, Quadra/Finlayson area. If you have questions or an available unit coming up soon please let us know!
