WANTED: 1BR+Den or 2BR for single mom and 14 yr old daughter ASAP

Hello my name is Jessica and I am 32. I am looking for a place to rent for my 13 year old daughter and myself. I work full time, I run a successful house cleaning company with several employees, ( but I do most of the work myself). We are extremely clean, quiet and respectful/responsible people. We do not drink, smoke anything, use drugs or party and we live a healthy and active lifestyle. When not at work, we are usually out for a hike, at the beach, at my mother's house- gardening in our vegetable patch or at the lake or someplace else in the great outdoors, especially in the summer/fall months. Our hobbies include vegan/vegetarian cooking/eating, juicing, yoga, Tai Chi, martial arts class, dance class, board games and meditation. We are very earth/energy conscious and are as conservative of energy as possible. We do not own any pets, have minimal belongings and own one small car (Toyota Yaris).
