$950 · WANTED: 1 bedroom suite for responsible, single female

Hi there landlords, - I'd love the opportunity to live on my own in a 1 bedroom rental but can't quite afford the current average asking price. With UVIC moving mostly online in the Fall I'm anticipating an increase in available rentals. -I've never been late on rent, never been penalized for any damage, take a lot of pride in keeping an organized home and even teach a course on how to be a responsible renter (Rentsmart). I'm a low maintenance renter and while I value a positive relationship with my landlord you'll rarely hear from me. -I have two jobs, both of which are deemed essential, so there's no chance of being laid off or having my income disrupted. -I have one indoor cat who is well behaved and one vehicle. -My budget is 800-950. I'm open to basement suites, apartments, heritage homes...whatever you've got! -A little more about me: I'm a single, happy, 25 year old female. I was born and raised on Vancouver Island. I completed my Bachelor of Arts Degree at Vancouver Island University, I majored in Criminology. I enjoy cycling, volunteering, reading, travelling, and visiting my family in Nanaimo. -I'm posting this ad as a feeler. I'm currently housed with a roommate and not in any rush to move, but can leave my current situation with 30 days notice.
