WANTED: 1 bedroom pet-friendly rental

My partner and I looking for a long-term 1+ bedroom apartment for ~October 1st, 2020. We are relocating from Vancouver as I will be attending law school at UVic (my first semester is online so our move in date is flexible). My partner works in HR for the provincial government. We are non-smoking, very reliable and have great references as long-term tenants. We are ideally looking for something downtown or within close walking distance to downtown. The unit must be pet friendly - we have a very well-behaved indoor cat and will be getting a small, hypoallergenic/non-shedding dog in the new year. Of course, we will be more than happy to pay a pet deposit. We are willing to spend up to $1,900 for the right place.
