I am a young professional looking for a 1 bedroom with potential space for a small office in the Victoria area. I am an eager, hard working business professional, quiet and respectful non-partier, non-smoker. I have one perfect, relaxed cat (who enjoys supervised outdoor visits). I am looking for a suite/condo with a separate entrance and patio or garden patio with parking and laundry available. Potentially looking for a part time rental 2-3 weeks a month, although full time rentals are also an option. Great references, so please reach out if you think I could be the right tenant for you!
