$1,500 · WANTED: 1 bedroom for respectful, mature full-time working professional

Hi there! My name's Melissa! I'm a 32 year old professional looking for an unfurnished 1 bedroom suite for around August 1st (will consider later for the right place) in the Millstream / Bear Mountain / Malahat or Cowichan area. I have just completed my Masters degree in Calgary and am moving back to the Victoria or Cowichan area for my full-time government job. I come with sparkling references, do not party, smoke substances of any kind, and enjoy keeping to myself via yoga, hiking, and surfing on the weekends. I come with one well-trained and well-behaved 40lbs pup named Kona, who will be 4 years old this fall. She also comes with excellent references from 2 vets and my previous landlords. Actually, Kona has been so loved by my current landlord that she dog sits her when I am out of town! Kona is quiet, does not chew or destroy things, has no separation anxiety, gets along fabulously with other dogs and loves children (my 2 year old nephew plays with her constantly). I am happy to provide a credit check, criminal record check, reference check and anything else you need to ensure I am a good fit for your property. I will be in the Victoria area during the beginning of July to view rentals, but am happy to chat on the phone prior to then if you have any additional questions. I am looking for maximum 1500 per month with utilities and am willing to sign a 6-12 month lease.
