I am a young, working professional who has recently moved to Victoria from Ottawa. I am looking for a studio or one bedroom apartment downtown, in Oak Bay, or Fairfield areas. I am a clean, quiet, respectable tenant. I have a good, steady career and I work from home. COVID-19 has not effected my income. I do not own a car, smoke, or have any pets. Having a secure place for my bicycle is important to me. I am looking for a place that will be comfortable for me to work out of as well. I can provide references, and am ideally looking to move-in sometime between June 1 and July 1. Please let me know what questions you might have for me. Thank you!
