The Victoria Royals are looking for enthusiastic part-time, seasonal retail staff for our merchandise and ticketing holiday kiosk at Hillside Mall. Duties: Greeting customers and ascertaining customer needs; Selling Royals tickets & vouchers; Answering basic questions about the Victoria Royals as well as questions regarding the kiosk and its products; Stocking product as needed; Processing cash, debit/credit card payments through a point of sales system. Skills Required: Customer service and sales experience Good verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and with others Passion for retail sales and sports Point of sales system and cash handling experience Flexible work hours Applicants should be available to work some daytime shifts but mostly evenings and weekends. This position will last approximately 6 weeks (from mid-November through to the end of December), with hours varying weekly. Closing Date for Posting: Friday, November 8th
