I am a very experienced and creative professional and have a wide variety of skills from; interior and exterior home and property renovations, carpentry, misc. skilled trades (plumbing and light electrical), staging, property management and organization, rental revenue generation and ideation, along with a number of other tangible and intangible skills and talents to aid you in gaining more immediate equity and/or revenue from your home, rental unit/s, or commercial space. I am academically trained, born and bred in the travel and tourism industry, was raised on private resort properties and have built everything from small cabins to large homes and pretty much everything in between, and have helped others develop and developed a number of small business concepts. I enjoy assisting people in gaining every opportunity their properties present - both the obvious ones and not so obvious. There's always a way to make your property which you worked hard for to work and earn for you. I work alone; with you. I am completely compliant with all the requirements mandated, and if any outside consultation or aid is required it is with vetted and credited sources and collaborators. Let's start with a conversation about your space or spaces and go from there. I've got everything needed, tools, know how and otherwise to help you maximize your property's potential. My rate is an hourly rate, and full days are an 8 hour day. I look forward to helping you with your projects!
