$800 · Summer Sublet 800$ Fully Furnished

Hi there I'm looking to sublet my room starting in June for 3-4 months (potentially longer but I will have to wait until end if summer to decide). The house + my room will be fully furnished and will require very little to get settled. Its a 2 bedroom upstairs suite in Fernwood. My roommates name is Natalie - a 25 year old who is working full time and doing some classes online. She is very respectful, likes to socialize, and is very active. There is tons of parking all around the house and we have a big yard to boot. Let me know if you are interested!
