Spray Finisher Assistant

We are looking for an assistant Spray Finisher to join our team. Our spray finisher's prep, stain, clear coat, prime and paint or spray all parts for custom cabinetry, kitchens, vanities, closet systems, pillars, and decorative panels. We have a spray booth in shop and do all of our own spraying, staining, painting or lacquering. We are looking for an assistant Spray finisher who provides a distinctive eye for detail and quality. Training Provided: · To gain knowledge of using and mixing lacquer finishes · Be become proficient with all sanding tools and spray finishing tools such as HVLP spray guns and products Qualifications: · Can work under time constraints while upholding high standards in quality while also keeping a tidy organized work area · Should be physically fit; able to lift and carry cabinetry parts or large panels as required and stand for prolonged periods of time · Can perform well on their own or with other carpenters as part of a team. Should be motivated, have a strong attention to detail and quality · Should be mechanically inclined and understand cabinetry shop processes · Possess excellent customer service skills and have a professional appearance Position: · Full time, 40hrs/week, with possible overtime · Starts immediately · Wage depends on ability and experience · Specific tools are provided
