Teak Craftsmen Inc. is a family-owned business specializing in exterior finishing and framing. We have been in business a number of years working across Canada working from coast to coast to coast. Originating in Campbell River we are happy to be relocated back to the Island in Victoria. Here we have established ourselves with a very good and reliable contractor in the Royal Bay area. Because of our quality and on-time delivery we have been rewarded with a lot of work. During 2019 we will be siding 84 houses (two per week) and framing 20 or more houses. This project is expected to take 10 years to complete. Our crews are made up of excellent people with great attitudes. They understand that large, long-term contracts takes hard work, punctuality, and co-operation with the team and other trades. We, in turn, are willing to train, listen to their expectations, and help them achieve their personal goals. We offer hourly and piece work and pay twice per month. If you have the right attitude we will offer training in siding and framing with the hours being eligible fort a carpentry apprenticeship.
