$20 · Show Home Sales Host/ Hostess

We are seeking full time and part time sales associate to operate the sales process and maintain the Show Home for one of our residential real estate projects in Langford, BC. Successful candidate will be organized, motivated and eager to support their team. Candidates will work closely with our realtor to create an elevated experience in a pre-sale show home from initial contact through to completion of possession. Responsibilities: * Sales administration, documentation and reporting * Greeting and registering all visitors to the show home * Following up with prospects and booking sales appointments * Operating marketing strategies including social media * Maintaining a clean, presentable show home Qualifications: * Marketing, sales or administrative experience * Real Estate industry experience preferred * Effective communication skills * Excellent customer service skills, positive attitude and welcoming disposition * Demonstrates a proactive approach with every task at hand
