$700 · September 1: Looking for a roommate for cozy two bedroom suite

Hello! I am looking for a responsable female roommate (ideally mid-twenties +) to share a furnished two bedroom/1 bathroom suite with me on Mayfair Drive at the base of Mount Tolmie. This is a recently-renovated basement apartment. Carport parking is available for one vehicle and there is both a front and back yard with some nice plants. The available bedroom has fir hardwood floors, a dresser, side table, and double bed, plus closet space. There is room for a desk as well, although desk does not come with room. Spacious living room/kitchen area. Bathroom is small but newly renovated. Rent is $700 a month all-in, including shared laundry. No smoking or pets please. The lease is month-to-month. I moved in a few months ago and have found it a comfortable and cozy place. The location is great: near UVic, beautiful walking trails, and beaches. I am looking for a good match to share the home as I like to create a positive and relaxed living space. So, a little about me: female, mid-twenties, recently moved back to BC after spending several years on the east coast. My interests are on the artistic side and I also like coffee, reading, hiking, beaches, and casual basketball/softball when time permits. I currently work with elementary school children at a French language school and have pandemic-pending plans to study theatre here in Victoria. I enjoy conversation, but I also like my down time and will give you your space to relax at home. Also, due to pandemic situation, only small, infrequent social gatherings at this point.
