It is a 5min walk to Oak Bay Rec and Save On, right on the 11 bus route and close to the 15; there's also bike storage and street parking(or a private spot for $15/month). Heat included Hydro approx $20 bimonthly Internet approx $25 monthly Would love someone down to earth and friendly. A fan of cute little black cats is also a must!
