Semi enclosed basement suite. Shared entrance with upstairs. Right by mount doug+bus route to downtown. It's an odd set up where you get your own living room, kitchenette (no oven) and bedroom, but we need go through the hallway to access the laundry room. Has worked no issues. $900 + utilities (internet, hydro, oil fired furnace and water heater, water/sewage) Unfurnished. No smoking/no pets Available for Jan 1st, but could move in a days earlier. I won't answer emails requesting mid-December, 1 December, etc Must come view the place. Due the odd setup i won't rent it to anyone unless they have seen the place. Would prefer a single person. If a couple were looking it would be higher rent. Please tell me about yourself in the email.
