Chimac Restaurant in Victoria BC is looking for full time Restaurant Manager Restaurant: Chimac (Korean Fried Chicken Restaurant) Job Position: Restaurant Manager, Full time, Permanent Work Location: 512 Yates St, Victoria, BC, Canada V8W 1K8 Salary Rate: $22.00 per hour / 35~40 Hours per week Start date: As soon as possible Main duties: - Organize and plan the operations of restaurant, hall, kitchen and other food service - Plan and determine type of services to be offered - Analyze operating cost to operate efficiently - Hire staff, manage staff schedules and responsible for and oversee staff training - Monitor staff performance - Resolve customer complaints - Negotiate arrangements with food suppliers- Control inventory and check revenues and modify prices, cost or operational procedure - Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and meet the standard Requirement: - Min 3 years of experience in food service sector, including some supervisory experience - Able to work in evening and Weekends - Able to communicate in English - Secondary graduation or higher If you meet the requirements above and are interested in applying for this position, please send your resume to: chimachiring@gmail.com
