RELOCATION COORDINATOR/RENTAL AGENT FULL TIME (2 YEAR TERM)
GVHS is an award winning non-profit society, located in Victoria BC that provides affordable rental housing for seniors, families and adults with disabilities and those in the low wage workforce.
Reporting to the Manager of Tenant Relations, the Relocation Coordinator/Rental Agent is a primary customer service agent for the Society. The Relocation Coordinator/Rental Agent is a temporary (2 year) full time position who is the main contact for current tenants in buildings in the redevelopment process and also for prospective tenants for new builds on initial rent up.
The successful candidate needs to be able to work as part of a team as well as independently. Our new team member is responsible, reliable, good with the public and has a professional attitude.
