Regional Financial Administrator

The Canadian Cancer Society (CCS) is seeking a motivated and detailed-oriented volunteer with experience in financial management (including budgeting and accounting) to assist in the managing of regional and branch office finances. You'll have a chance to share and enhance your leadership skills and experience, learn about the financial processes and practices of a non-profit organization, and help make a difference in the lives of those living with cancer and those who support them. We're looking for someone who is: - Available 4 hours per week during regular business hours throughout the year - Willing and able to provide additional support during busy campaign seasons: Monopoly Affair (February), Daffodil Campaign (April & May), Tour de Rock (September & October) - Available for a minimum commitment of 6 months, with an option to renew Come and join an enthusiastic team of people who share a passion for making a difference!
