Excellent Condition. I have a set of almost brand new planting bags. I was a foreman last year and bought these bags as a spare for the crew. Only one planter used them once. The flagging pouch hasn't been used. It comes with two wrenches for assembly and extra buckles. It is dirty from sitting in the back of my truck all season but will service you as if it is a brand new pair. I can help size it to you if you need.
