I need a personal trainer ready to learn and teach my method in the afternoon/evening. I teach a unique and very specific form of fitness that I have build over the last 16 years. My method ensures people can develop elite fitness and conditioning, while reversing injuries. Ideally, you will have had to work thru injuries and issues of your own. I come thru 10 years of injuries, and now compete and train freely.
