Requirements for this position include: 1) Clean Criminal Record 2) Strong work ethic 3) Cleaning experience 4) Excellent attention to detail 5) Proficient ability to speak and understand English 6) Excellent communication skills 7)Must be available afternoon/evenings- 10-11AM to 6PM-7PM Duties and Responsibilities: -Maintaining cleanliness of all common area lobbies, hallways, bathrooms dining areas, exterior common areas, floors, doors, entrance windows etc. Starting wage $20/hr for strong candidates, medical benefits offered after 6 months.
