Online Sales Channel Manager

Job Description: This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing our online marketplace strategy. Main responsibilities: * Manage our Seller Central account using Amazon best practices and SEO. * Create, maintain, and improve product listings, ensuring listings are accurate and compelling. * Develop A+ content for our games and puzzles. * Solve any logistical/inventory challenges. * Manage best practices to ensure that ownership of the Buy Box is maintained. * Manage digital marketing campaigns. * Track FBA operational metrics, including on-hand inventory, turnover, sell-thru, product reviews, chargebacks, etc. Preferred Qualifications: * Above all, a proven passion for delivering exceptional customer service. * Minimum 2 years' experience with Amazon Marketplace / Seller Central / FBA listings. * Understanding of how to win and maintain ownership of the Buy Box. * Strong analytical and excellent communication skills. * Driven by results and measurable data. * Excellent work ethic - you will be working with a team of hard-working, self-motivated individuals who work with minimal supervision.
