$800 · One Room in Two Bedroom Main Floor Suite

Looking for a roommate, about the place, Medium-sized room 9'x10' with a closet. House is pretty well furnished although I've left the TV stand TV-less in case you'd be bringing one of your own! If not I'll buy and supply. The suite also comes with a 15x10 covered patio and a fenced-in backyard. Pet friendly upon review (currently petless) but have been considering a dog/cat. Laundry on the property but not in the suite as it's shared. $800 Plus Utilitize. The place is available immediately. About me (current solo occupant), My name is Brayden 29 been here for the last 5 months which have flown by. I'm a carpenter and our next couple of builds are across some of the smaller islands around Victoria so I'll be away quite frequently. I'm not the world's best cook! unless it's breakfast. Fairly outdoorsy guy, regularly at the gym, and always up for lending a hand or pinch in. I also snowboard in the winter/try to live on the water for the summer.
