Job Description We are a busy, well-established denture practice, with two locations serving Greater Victoria and the Saanich Peninsula. We are currently seeking an Office Manager for our office located in beautiful Sidney by the Sea. Duties will include: - Greeting and serving all patients as they arrive - Answering phone & e-mail inquiries - Managing patient files (paper and electronic) - Creating and administering treatment plans - Overseeing the processing of insurance claims & payments - Managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Paid - Providing Denturist with administrative and practical support when required Requirements: - Proven office management or administrative experience - Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures - Excellent time management skills - Strong interpersonal skills with ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with patients, colleagues, and management - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and problem solving skills - Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office software - Knowledge of DOMx software an asset, but not required This is a part-time opportunity at the moment (2.5-3 days/week), expanding to full-time in the new year (Mon-Fri, 8:30AM-5:00PM), offering hourly wage (based on experience) along with benefits package.
