Work in the Heart of Old Town Victoria! This part time, entry level Office Assistant position will report to the 2IC and the Office Administrator, and will provide support to these positions in all faucets of the ongoing day to day business operations. As a part time support to our team you will be an integral piece of the puzzle, working in the following areas: * Administration & Reception Assistance * Property Management Assistance * Sales Support * Marketing Support * Land Development Support We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, hard working, candidate who can easily multi-task while working alongside a small, fast, and dynamic team. No previous experience is necessary, but the successful candidate must possess a professional demeanor and be very proficient with technology, social media platforms, Office Suite, Google Suite, as well as be highly organized both physically and digitally. Just a few of the tasks you could expect to complete are: *Filing - to Google Drive, paper files, scanning files, labeling and organizing file sets *Organizing cloud server and maintaining its file structure *Organizing and overseeing cloud software systems (Limble, Monday, Spark) *Physical Key inventory and organization for our multiple properties *Laundry coins collection, reconciling, depositing *Supply ordering and stock management *Distribution of residential tenant notices *Social media support and marketing involvement *Printing, photocopying, binding (ie. manuals, reports) *Creating reports for the 2IC or Administrator *Assisting in mail outs, both physical and digital *Sales assistant duties for new development sales *Couriering packages and bank deposits *Entering payments in Quickbooks *"Runner" duties - ordering lunch, running for coffee, cutting keys, assisting trades access into rental buildings, picking up miscellaneous supplies, petty cash runs to the bank. This position is offered part time, but may become a full time position for the right candidate. Working with a well known team in the areas of land development and resort management, you will gain invaluable knowledge and skills that will assist you in all faucets of life.
