Position Type: Full time 40 hours per week Description of Duties: - Payroll - Internal bookkeeping entries - Keeping up to date on projects through a CRM - Invoicing - Ordering paint - Answering phone calls, client correspondence through emails etc. - Supporting estimators and production team. - Accounts receivable and payable Skills and Requirements: - Proficiency with spreadsheets and Quickbooks Online - Detail oriented - Customer service experience - Accountability, enjoys working in a team environment. - Self directed & able to independently work out the best ways to complete tasks - Critical thinking Full training will be provided.
